Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I believe birth is the most powerful and transformative experience of a woman’s life, and it is truly an honor to support my clients as they grow their own families. As a doula, I offer support, knowledge, and guidance to help you feel empowered and confident throughout your pregnancy and birth. I strive to create a calm, respectful, and safe environment where you feel heard, supported, and confident in your choices. Every birth is unique, and I am passionate about honoring each family’s vision. My greatest goal is to help you have a positive birth experience.

I have been married to my best friend for almost 15 years, and we have two wonderful daughters. I was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, where my family and I lived until moving to Idaho in 2019. My husband is a veteran who was deployed to Afghanistan when our oldest daughter was born. Experiencing birth while he was on the other side of the world inspired me to become a doula. I am passionate about supporting families with presence, advocacy, and encouragement so they can have the birth experience they envision.

Outside of birth work, I enjoy camping, hiking, and swimming with my husband and two daughters, as well as cheering on my girls as they compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
