      • We will discuss your birth preferences, comfort measures, coping techniques, any concerns or fears you have, navigating common interventions, basic infant care topics (breast or bottle feeding, safe sleep practices, etc.) and more.

      • We will prepare your birth plan using a comprehensive worksheet made just for my clients.

    • Access to exclusive birth and postpartum worksheets and childbirth education handouts

    • Customized PDF of your birth plan emailed to you within 48 hours

    • Email support for two weeks following your session for questions and refinements

    • One prenatal visit

      • This visit can last up to 2 hours

      • We will discuss your birth preferences, any concerns or fears you have, when to call me for birth attendance, your postpartum plan, and basic infant care topics (breast or bottle feeding, safe sleep practices, etc.).

      • We will practice labor and birth positions, comfort measures, and breathing techniques. You will be able to use my labor essentials for this to find what you like best and get comfortable with these items.

    • Birth attendance

      • Because each birth experience is unique, there is no time limit on this. I will be there with you though each stage of labor and up to 1 hour post-birth to help with the first latch if breastfeeding and ensure you are comfortable, supported, and settled in with your newborn before I depart.

      • I will attend home, birth center, and hospital births.

      • You will have access to all my labor essentials which include birth balls, massage tools, hot/cold packs, affirmation cards, rebozos, yoga blocks, and more.

    • One postpartum visit

      • This visit can last up to 2 hours

      • We will talk about your birth experience and address any questions or emotions you have so that the right support can be provided.

      • I will check in to see how feeding, sleeping, and the overall adjustment to having baby earthside is going and provide you with any resources or references for providers you might need.

    (Non-refundable $200 retainer due upon contract signing. Remaining balance due by 35 weeks gestation. Payment plans available.)
